Soony Bear is the absolute sweetest. He wanted to get something special for lil Kaelyn when she was born. His offers of a Tiffany sterling silver spoon and/or sterling silver comb got vetoed by a ever-practical me. My requests for a Coach diaper bag got flatly turned down (though I do recall him offering to pay for my JP Lizzy one...? Hmmm... Note to self: need to claim money for that one)
So he decided the best-est and sweetest thing he could do is to sew (yes, this guy sews!) Kaelyn a teddy bear. Here are closeups of the Kaelyn's first furry friend:
The name inscribed on the foot is "Ger Ger". Heh. This was done when we still hadn't settled on Kaelyn's name yet and thought "Ger Ger" was a safer bet.
The bear's real cute eh? It's lil' K's first bear, and who better than from Mr Furry Friend!
