Bali Babies

Admist the mayhem, we managed to make it to Bali for G's team trip. Am glad that we made it, cos the villa that we stayed at, The Ulin Villas located at Semiyak, was absolutely gorgeous. And the three of us needed to spend some quality time together at long last.

Through a kind twist of fate, we were allocated a one bedroom villa. Here are some photos (which obviously don't do the place any justice).

Lil' K thoroughly enjoyed herself during the entire trip. Her excitement started out when she realised that we were on the plane. She could hardly contain her happiness and flapped her arms. Maybe that was her way of telling us "aeroplane"?

As part of team building, G went for a paintball session on Friday morning. While they were having loads of fun blasting paint at each other, Lil' K and Sarah had an hour long swim in the pool at our villa. Here's a photo of the Bali Babies:

K was completely knocked out after the swim that she fell asleep on the changing mat when I was changing her after a quick shower.

We had seafood dinner at Jimbaran Bay just after catching one of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen. This was the site of the October 2005 bombings. Not sure which restaurant was the unfortunate one... though some of them suspect the one we were at was the fateful one...

We had team dinner at Kudeta. Dinner was better than expected... was told by several people that the ambience was nice but the food was nothing to rave about. Well... perhaps what we ordered was just really yummy!

Had dinner at Ultimo, an Italian restaurant just 20m outside our villa. K loves to take photos. See below. I rest my case.
